Tadano UK Ltd are pleased to announce that John Miller will assume the role of Customer Support Manager effective immediately. He will directly report to Alec Bell, Business Leader for Tadano operations in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
The recruitment decision was made against the background of Tadano’s global goal of becoming No.1 in the lifting equipment industry. Tadano has defined customer focus as an essential part of this strategic orientation: “Our goal is to become the industry benchmark in this area,” says Alec Bell, summing up his company’s mission. “Service, parts and technical support is of central importance here. As we enter the next phase of our growth, the company has entrusted the leadership of customer support in the UK & Ireland to an experienced and highly respected crane industry professional.”
Indeed, John can draw on extensive industry experience. Since 1987, he has occupied various customer support positions in the UK, Scandinavia and Baltic regions, and most recently held After Sales positions in the UK & Ireland. “With his background, John knows the crane industry and the UK market intimately, and has the expertise and experience to help expand our position in our region,” says Alec Bell.
John Miller takes over from Paul Duke who will be leaving the company to pursue other opportunities. “I sincerely appreciate the effort and dedication that Paul has shown during his time with Tadano and I wish him well for his future endeavors” remarks Alec Bell.
